Prices
Prices will be charged at the rates advertised at time of purchase / booking. We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at times.
Dispatch & Delivery of Birth Charts
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. ritaspredictions.com delivers to worldwide destinations.
Estimated arrival time for UK orders are 1-3 working days following dispatch. Estimated arrival time for EU countries is 3-5 working days after dispatch.
Estimated arrival time for rest of the world is 5-10 days following dispatch.
If items are delayed due to disrupted postal services or customs detainment ritaspredictions.com cannot be held responsible.
Delivery costs are subject to change and include all postage & packaging materials.
ritaspredictions.com are not responsible for any customs charges for items sent internationally - this is the responsibility of the buyer.
ritaspredictions.com will endeavour to deliver to you within the specified time. However, there may be instances when this is not possible, but we shall alert you in these situations as soon as possible.
Missing or Delayed Items
We will need to wait 28 days before we can investigate, trace, replace or refund items.
Returns
Due to the personal nature of the astrological birth chart forecasts (i.e. being based on unique birth data),
they are unfortunately non-returnable as re-sale is not possible. In the unlikely event that ritaspredictions.com has incorrectly inputted the birth data, then please e-mail sales@ritaspredictions.com where the original order will be checked and an accurate chart will then be dispatch.
All charts are checked for quality prior to dispatch, ritaspredictions.com cannot be held responsible for any damage occurring during transit.

ritaspredictions.com reserves the right to abort your access to our Internet service if your behaviour is found to be unacceptable.
The Best Way To Pay For Readings.
The best way to pay for readings and services available on this site is through PayPal.
You do not need a PayPal account, you can simply use your credit/debit card, the way
you would in any other store.
PayPal is trusted, guaranteed, fast and reliable. They have strict policies regarding
security and fraud and therefore your details are kept extremely secure, and will not
be passed on to 3rd parties.
All major credit/debit cards are accepted and the payment it processed very quickly.
To purchase a reading through my site (e-mail or palmistry) or to order a birth chart,
simply follow the Payment Instructions listed within the box on the relevant page,
ensuring that you send payment first, before submitting your form, as I will be unable
to process your order until payment has been confirmed by PayPal.
In the case of pre-paid telephone or webcam readings, please contact me first
to arrange a convenient time for your reading, payment can be processed during
the booking process.
