Dispatch & Delivery of Birth Charts
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. ritaspredictions.com delivers to worldwide destinations.
Estimated arrival time for UK orders are 1-3 working days following dispatch. Estimated arrival time for EU countries is 3-5 working days after dispatch.
Estimated arrival time for rest of the world is 5-10 days following dispatch.
If items are delayed due to disrupted postal services or customs detainment ritaspredictions.com cannot be held responsible.
Delivery costs are subject to change and include all postage & packaging materials.
ritaspredictions.com are not responsible for any customs charges for items sent internationally - this is the responsibility of the buyer.
ritaspredictions.com will endeavour to deliver to you within the specified time. However, there may be instances when this is not possible,
but we shall alert you in these situations as soon as possible.
Missing or Delayed Items
We will need to wait 28 days before we can investigate, trace, replace or refund items.
Returns
Due to the personal nature of the astrological birth chart forecasts (i.e being based on unique birth data),
they are unfortunately non-returnable as resale is not possible. In the unlikely event that ritaspredictions.com has incorrectly inputted the birth data,
then please e-mail sales@ritaspredictions.com, where the original order will be checked and an accurate chart will then be dispatch.
All charts are checked for quality prior to dispatch, ritaspredictions.com cannot be held responsible for any damage occurring during transit.

Premium rate service’s
Calls cost £1.50 per minute from UK landlines and can cost considerably more from a mobile.
Prior to the reading, you will hear a short message (legal requirement). If I am available to provide a reading,
you will hear my pin number which you should then give when prompted. You can then receive an instant Psychic Reading.
Icstis rules apply which is in compliance with government policy. The cost of the call will be added to your telephone bill,
you must have the bill payers permission before calling. All callers must be 18 years or over.
